    Principle of Relational Emergent Space (RES) and the Universal Non-Linear Frame of Reference (UNLFR) - Version 09

    As introduced by Alan Dennis Clark, the UNLFR proposes a global reference structure arising from the collective motion and conserved properties of physical bodies. This paper presents a constructive interpretation of the UNLFR based on a relational ontology in which local spaces emerge from interactions between bodies.
